Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your account settings — there is no long-term commitment and no cancellation fee. You keep full access through the end of the period you have already paid for, whether that is the rest of the month or the rest of the year.
What's the difference between the Parent and Professional plans?
The Parent plan ($19/month) covers one family with unlimited practice for their children. The Professional plan ($49/month) adds therapist tools: up to 10 client profiles, activity assignment, analytics, custom exercises, and auto-generated progress reports.
Do you offer discounts for schools or clinics?
Yes. The Institute plan offers custom pricing for clinics, schools, and therapy centers, including unlimited client profiles and multi-therapist management. Contact us for a quote.
Is Verbalyft covered by insurance or FSA/HSA?
Verbalyft is not currently billable to insurance. Some families use FSA/HSA funds for speech therapy tools — check with your plan administrator, as eligibility varies.
